Reflection and Nurishment
Join us at 11 AM on Saturday, January 31st at the beautiful Shore Club in Fort Lauderdale for a day created just for you. We’ll begin with a refreshing Brunch on the Beach, nourishing both body and spirit as you connect with other women ready for renewal.
After brunch, we’ll slow down and turn inward with guided Internal Reflection exercises designed to help you reconnect with your goals, release what’s been holding you back, and open space for new growth and clarity.

The afternoon will be dedicated to powerful learning and real-life inspiration as our keynote speakers share transformative stories about overcoming mental, physical, and cultural barriers. You’ll hear from Marcelo DiSantis as he takes you on his journey of climbing Mount Everest, from May Bagnell on the path to Integrative Health, and from Marilyn Ehrhardt on overcoming obstacles with boldness and resilience.
After the presentations, you’re invited to a special book signing for Marilyn Ehrhardt’s newly released book, Female Hack. We’ll wrap up this uplifting and energizing day at 5 PM.
